Many "safe browsing" extensions log every URL you visit. Ours is designed around hashed-prefix lookups — the approach Google Safe Browsing uses — so the full URL of the pages you visit never needs to leave your browser.

When will it be available?

It's in development and doesn't have a release date yet. Until then, the lookup on our homepage checks the same database.

Will it be free?

Yes. The plan is a free extension with no premium tier.

Which browsers?

Chrome, Firefox and Edge first. iOS restricts this kind of extension, so mobile support will be limited at launch.

What data will it collect?

As little as possible. Lookups are designed to use hashed prefixes, so we can tell whether a site is in our database without learning which page you're on.
